Since the addition to the COVD-19 House Rules Appendix “J” starting on August 1, 2020.

There has been a great handful of Units that have violated the adopted House Rule

Violations ranging from, Quarantine being broken, Owner / Agent not submitting Declaration 3 days prior to guests arrival.

As well as guests not registering with Security. Fines have been issued!

Please keep in mind that these Rules have been solely adopted to help protect our residents, and employees of the Sunset during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

As of late, the number of violations have been fewer

We thank those that have understood the need for these changes and have cooperated during these difficult times.
